Payment

To guarantee a reservation a deposit of $ 100.00 per person is required.  Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure or whenever the tour is booked if less than 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tour is refundable in full up to 30 days prior to departure, less a $50.00 handling fee per booking. 30 to 15 days $100.00 handling fee per booking. 14 days or less, no refund. All refunds are minus any cancellation charges made by the airlines, hotels or any other suppliers. Note that airline tickets may be non-refundable. There is a charge of $25.00 per booking for each itinerary or date change after confirmation is made. There will be no refund for unused land features. All claims must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after tour ends.

Prices

Rates are expressed in US Dollars. Children under 12 years of age, traveling with parents in the same room, have 25% discount on the ground services. Infants up to 2 years old are free of charge for all ground services. All prices are subject to change without previous notice. During holidays such as Holy Week and New Year, some hotels raise their prices 100%, with a minimum 4-night stay.

Rates include

Wonders of Guatemala (Basic Tour) includes transportation by car, microbus or motor coach, escorted by professional, Spanish/ English tour guide. Modules are hosted and are regular sightseeing or shuttle services and may include guides only during visits to sites or monuments. The Maya Circuit includes transportation by minivan, minibus or motor coach, are regular sightseeing or shuttle services and include entrance fees and guides only during visits to sites or monuments indicated. German, French, Italian speaking guides on request. The prices given include sales tax and a tourism tax.

Rates do not include

Meals, except when specified, tips, personal expenses, telephone calls, laundry, drinks, etc. Border customs and immigration fees, airport departure taxes and/or visas.

Hotel Accommodation

Unless specified, hotel accommodations will be assigned on a run-of-the-house basis
